Delivery costs are clearly defined and communicated to customers at the ordering stage. In many cases, it is possible to take advantage of promotional delivery terms, which we keep informed about. Delivery time to the Customer does not exceed 7 working days, while we strive to deliver most orders much faster. The exact delivery time may depend on the payment method selected and the specifics of the products ordered.

If a defect is found in a purchased product, our customers have the right to file a complaint. The complaint procedure is in accordance with applicable laws, in particular the Civil Code. We strive to deliver each product in the best quality and free from defects. In accordance with applicable law, any customer who has entered into a remote contract has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. To do so, it is sufficient to send a statement of withdrawal from the contract before the expiration of the prescribed period.

The Seller undertakes to refund all payments made, including the cost of delivery of the product, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The cost of returning the product shall be borne by the Client, unless the Seller proposes another way of collection.
We recommend that in the description of the complaint you include as much information as possible about the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the defect. Indicating how you would like us to solve the problem (e.g., product replacement, repair, price reduction, withdrawal from the contract) will help us process the complaint faster and more efficiently. Providing your contact information will make it easier for us to contact you directly to discuss further steps.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts of a specific nature, such as those involving perishable products, custom-made products, or those that, for hygienic or health reasons, are not suitable for return after opening the packaging.
